Why We Exist

Autism does not stop at age 18. After high school, families often face gaps in employment, education, independent living, transportation, financial resources, housing, community and caregiver support. JCATF exists to help close those gaps.

Support

Scholarships and transition-related support for Level 1 autistic adults after high school, ages 18–24, as funding allows.

Connect

We connect young adults and caregivers with partners, services and resources. When we are not the right fit, we help you find who is.

Build

We are building toward the Autism Transitional Living Community, a future community for transitional living and greater independence.
